COVID-19: Phase 2 Reopening

It now appears certain that Coos County will be entering Phase 2 of reopening for business after Oregon’s shut down for the pandemic. I expect more material throughout today and tomorrow will be coming from the NonProfit Association of Oregon on what this means for us statewide. In the interim, here is the latest guidance from the Governor’s office on phase 2 reopenings.
