The Volunteer Fair on July 29 is an exciting opportunity to recruit volunteers. A partnership between Coos Bay Library and AmeriCorps is hosting a Volunteer Fair! This is a chance for your nonprofit organization, friends group, or your foundation to recruit some new volunteers for your organization!
The Fair will be held at the Pony Village Mall from 1-4pm on July 29th in space #201. Set up for organizations will be between noon and 12:30 on the 29th. Those interested in staffing a table need to RSVP. We are having it at the mall due to limited space at the library. This way we can invite more organizations. So, feel free to share this information with other interested parties in the area.
We do have limited capacity, including limited chairs. We can provide only 1 per table. So if more than one person is representing your group please be aware and bring an extra seat. I have attached a flier for this event. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
