Hello,
I am on the board of Pacific Cove Humane Society and we are trying to come up with an estimate of what our operating expenses/budget will be when we open our new humane society. We also are trying to ensure we have an adequate revenue stream in place to support that budget. We have spoken with other humane societies, however some of their revenue sources are not feasible in our community.
Are there experts that any of you have used to help with this process (developing a budget and revenue stream ideas)? Any ideas welcome.
