I know it’s quick notice but I’ve been asked to speak at the Coquille CHIP meeting next week. Attached is the flier for Lowering Cholesterol with Foods! Apr 1, 6:30 pm
Come at 6 PM and join the CHIP members for a healthy potluck. Bring a vegan/vegetarian dish to share. I’ll also attach some recipes to try.
Not much of a cook but want to bring something? How about a loaf of 100% whole grain bread, fresh veggies with hummus or a bag of apples?
Still not too thrilled about bringing a dish? Then just come. I’d love to see you there!
