November’s Extension Nutrition Webinar will be Tue, Nov 3 at noon. The topic is Lowering Cholesterol (Please click to join).

We will be covering how cholesterol contributes to arterial disease and ways to use whole foods to lower cholesterol. Research demonstrates that foods have been shown to be equally or more effective than statin drug therapy. This class is sponsored by the North Bend Public Library (flier attached).

I also wanted to share a link to Dr Michael Greger’s video on why nutrition is so commercialized which specifically mentions fiber. It’s a 4 minute video.
