ASPIRE at Bandon High School

Students interested in education beyond high school have the opportunity to join the ASPIRE program at Bandon High School . ASPIRE stands for Access to Student Assistance Programs in Reach of Everyone. The goal of the program is to provide encouragement and technical support to all BHS students so that they have a clear view of their post- highs school goals and a better chance of achieving and financing those goals. By utilizing trained adult volunteers from the Bandon community, the ASPIRE program assists students in planning for and researching financing opportunities. Each student who requests to be in the program is matched with a trained volunteer and they meet on a regular basis. Together, the students and volunteer explore career and/ or college choices, track student’s accomplishments, fill out applications, search for scholarships, and help with any other steps in the post secondary education process.
