Monthly for 2 hours - your availability and preference for class/lab times can be accommodated in the schedule

Volunteer to hold 2-hour help sessions for community members who need assistance with technology.  Offer help sessions for the Windows environment, for Apple environment, Android smart phones or a variety of tablets.

Bandon Library and CyberLynx partner to offer 2 to 4 sessions monthly for those who need help. They are held in the library’s conference room at various times in the day and evening during library hours (generally, from 10 am to 7 pm Tuesday through Thursday and 10 am to 5 pm Friday and Saturday).

 

Other Important Details

Good knowledge and skills in the operating systems you are scheduled to support in a help lab environment
Ability to be flexible and help with a variety of questions and problems on-the-spot
Responsible since we publish the schedule for 3 to 6 months in advance and need firm commitments to “be there”
