Hi All,
In support of The Longest Day Alzheimer’s campaign (Jun 21) I am offering the class “Arresting Alzheimer’s”. This class highlights nutrition strategies for preventing Alzheimer’s and other dementia. I hope to have more classes in Coos Bay, Coquille, maybe Myrtle Point in June leading up to the Jun 21 events in Bandon. Stay tuned.
In the meantime, the first Arresting Alzheimer’s is

- from 4-5 pm
- at the Bandon Library conference room.
There is no fee for the class but please consider making a donation to the Alzheimer’s Association.
